The City of West Kelowna invites qualified consulting firms with expertise in accessibility planning, universal design, Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification (RHFAC), community engagement, and municipal facility planning to submit proposals for a comprehensive Facilities Accessibility Audit, as further described in Appendix B of the RFP Particulars (Section A) (the “Deliverables”).
