Summary 

Through this Request for Proposals, the City of West Kelowna invites Proposals for the construction of:

a new forebay diversion pipeline and other associated works, as well as the installation of an owner-supplied passive intake screen with associated appurtenances.

Substantial Performance for all Work must be achieved no later May 15, 2025.

Note:  the Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
