Through this Expression of Interest, the City of West Kelowna (the ”City”) invites Expression of Interest & Qualification submissions for the future supply and install of ERP and HRIS system. This EOI document sets-out: the details of the project, the requirements; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Respondent to this EOI should submit in their Submission.
The City anticipates evaluating and shortlisting Respondents to participate in a future Request for Proposal procurement process to complete the services as describe in this Expression of Interest. |
