Through this Invitation to Tender, the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) invites Tenders for the Construction of the Rose Valley WTP.

This ITT document sets-out: the Scope of Work required; the process for submission and evaluation of tenders and execution of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Tenderer should submit in their Tender.

This ITT contains the following appendices which will from part of the Contract Documents:

·  Appendix B – Drawings

The invitation for Tenders under this ITT is limited to the following general contractors, who were selected to submit tenders following the City’s Pre-Qualification for Contractors and Subcontractors for the Rose Valley WTP Construction (2020-08-PQ475):

·  Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd.

·  PCL Constructors Westcoast Ltd.
