Welcome to the City of West Kelowna Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential Respondents to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Respondents select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website.  

Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

To search for recent TENDER results,  search for CLOSED and press the Bid Details tab on the project you are interested in obtaining bid information.

To search for OLDER BID results, search for Awarded and press the Bid Details tab.
